Acer shows to kick off the CES 2014, Android tablet , the iPad mini looks very similar , but a lot cheaper than the competitor of Apple: the Acer Iconia A1- system 830. Also Acer is waiting for 2014 ( January 7 to 10 ) with new technology at CES . The Group will focus on the Acer Iconia A1 -830 , an Android tablet with an eight -inch display and an Atom processor from Intel. The similarity to the iPad mini is obvious. The aluminum housing , the thin edges and the white front : Everything indicates that Apple’s flagship tablet Acer has served as a model.

The Acer Iconia A1 -830 is equipped with Android 4.2.2 , should be also upgrade to Android 4.4 according to the manufacturer though. The display has a resolution of 1024×768 pixels in 4:3 format , which is unusual by today’s standards . A gigabyte of memory is available to provide applications and the operating system the necessary pace. Only 16 gigabytes of flash memory are integrated into the tablet , but which is expandable with microSDHC cards up to 32 gigabytes. With the new Atom processor under the hood, the tablet uses a dual-core CPU with 1.6 GHz , respectively . Two built-in speakers for audio output .

The Iconia A1 -830 is equipped with an HD camera at the back . The Android Tablet Acer Iconia A1 -830 is expected in March 2014 with prices starting at 169 euros in German trading .
