Yahoo has bought Blink instant messaging application, much like Snapchat or Telegram. This application allows you to send text messages, photos, videos, voice notes or drawings to contacts or groups.

However, what differentiates you from other competitors is the ability to control the visibility of these messages by a timer, and select how long the recipient can view it.

Meh Labs is the company behind Blink, a company founded by Kevin Stephens, a former employee of Google. They are 7 workers who make up the company , but from now will join the ranks of Yahoo and leave the application development.

It is not known how much Yahoo paid by this company, but it seems that he wants to work on it from now and take advantage of their technology, since the application only has 100,000 downloads in Google Play.

Blink has already revealed the news on their website, where they have expressed their enthusiasm for the course taken by the project.

“Blink developed because we believe that everyone should have the same freedom that online communications in face to face in order to maintain honest and spontaneous online conversations.

We are looking forward to seeing the new opportunities that may provide insight into Yahoo Blink.”

Have they been ambitious in Yahoo to make this purchase? Competition within the field of instant messaging applications is fierce, will they know to deal with this?
